Tom Thumb on Hampton Avenue on Friday 13, 2023 at 7:26pm First giving respect to the person in the Delhi area. Who originally helped me with the Tom Thumb app, trying to get the deal on the chicken. I am mostly impressed with the person who was at the front self checkout area going back and forth between multiple areas. "Ms. Kayla" kudos to this individual. They went far beyond customer service and making sure the fairness of the deal was there. This person help me navigate the app and made sure what I entered was correct. These things can be tricky for older customers and it's good to have competent individuals there to help navigate us through these trying times. Please Tom Thumb corporate office this should be a future manager Thank You for your service
I'm a very satisfied happy customer. I came during a pre winter warning expecting the worse. The staff/ manager were definitely pre planned for everything. Super clean, well stocked, full of helpful employees with smiles everywhere. Highly recommend this store.
